Terms and conditions of sale
The price is that stated in Astrid Lindgren’s World’s webshop at the time of purchase. The prices in the webshop may differ from those in the park. All prices include VAT. Postage is extra. When you submit your order, you have to agree to our terms and conditions of sale, which means that your order is binding. The terms and conditions of sale cover the options when you make a purchase as well as your rights as a customer.
When you have ordered your products, an email will be sent to the email address you entered when you placed your order confirming that we have received your order. This order confirmation also serves as your receipt and should be kept for any contact with our Customer Service.
We will process your order as quickly as possible. When we have sent your package from our stock, you will receive a confirmation to the email address you entered when you placed your order. it will be delivered to a collection point.
A text will be sent to the mobile number you have entered.
We will do our utmost to send the products to you as quickly as possible. The delivery time outside Sweden is usually 2-7 working days.
All deliveries are sent with DHL. Visit DHL's homepage, www.DHL.se, for exact delivery times or to track your package.
When you shop with us using a card you will be taken to a safe, encrypted page on which to make your payment. We do not store any account or personal details. Card payments are covered by 3D-Secure, which is a security standard produced by VISA and MasterCard to ensure safe payments over the Internet.
Right to cancel
According to the Distance Selling Act, as a consumer you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your product. The right to cancel applies provided that the product is in an essentially unchanged condition, and if it is packaged, the packaging remains unopened. Contact Customer Services or request a return through your account to return your products. The consumer is responsible for the postage and handling costs when returning the products.

If a product should turn out to be broken, damaged in transport or faulty, it can be returned. Complaints to Astrid Lindgren’s World should be made within a reasonable time of the customer receiving the order. Only original faults are covered by the right of complaint. The right of complaint does not cover, for example, faults through normal wear and tear. The postage costs for the return will be paid by Astrid Lindgren’s World on presentation of a receipt.
We will inform you on how to return the faulty product. If we can, we will send a new product at no cost. Otherwise, we will repay the total amount including handling and postage costs.

The Personal Data Act
When ordering from us, you consent to us saving your name, address and telephone number together with information on what you purchased in our database. Naturally, we process your information as personal documents with special consideration and do not share it with anyone else.
This website contains so-called cookies that give you as a visitor access to different functions or services on the website.
According to the Electronic Communication Act, which came into force on 25 July 2003, everyone who visits a Swedish-registered website with cookies must be informed that the website contains cookies, what these cookies are used for and how cookies can be avoided.
